Eunice has provided pharmacy consulting services to a variety of rural and urban hospital systems. Her expertise includes pharmacy project management, hospital ambulatory pharmacy business planning and implementation, pharmacy concierge program development and implementation, 340B program implementation, pharmacy proposal development and vendor selection.

Before joining Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions (PHS) in 2012, Eunice was associate director of pharmacy for a safety net hospital serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She provided pharmacy leadership to this hospital for more than a decade. Her responsibilities included 340B program management, purchasing and inventory management, pharmacy revenue and billing, patient assistance programs and leading pharmacy projects including pharmacy request for proposals. 

Eunice earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tennessee State University and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Tennessee. She received a Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin and obtained Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
